To be included in our products and services directory, you must create a business profile.

In this fact sheet we will be covering how to a free mini-listing profile, and how to include your profile in the various sections of the directory.

How to create your profile

To do this you must be logged in.

1. Find the link create content below the heading My Account at the right-hand side of the page beneath the main menu and your name.
2. This will load a page that lists the content you have permission to create. You should be able to find Business Profile in the list. If you don't see the option to create a Business profile, please Contact us.
3. In your Business profile, you can add details of your business, service or product.
   • Title
   • Click on the categories link above the option to upload your banner.
     * Scroll through the list. Click on the first category you want to be included in.
     * To select more than one category: when you find an additional category you want your business profile to be listed under, hold the <ctrl> key located under <shift> on your keyboard (the <option> key for mac) while you click.
     * Select a maximum of 5 categories.
   • skip Banner/Business Card (for paid subscribers only)
   • Brief Description (Advertising pitch, or brief description of your products and/or services). Free listings are limited to 75 characters only, descriptions longer than this will be truncated.
   • skip Street Address (for paid subscribers only)
   • Phone (Your contact number)
   • skip Fax and Website (for paid subscribers only)
   • Expanded Description (Description of the products and/or services you offer.) Free listings are limited to 500 characters only, descriptions longer than this will be truncated.
   • skip Portrait (for paid subscribers only)
4. When you have finished editing/changing your profile, you can click on the Preview button to see how it looks.
5. When you are happy with how it looks, click on the Submit button to save your profile.
6. If you want to go back and edit your profile, click on the Edit tab just below the Title at the top of your profile.
