If Health & Harmony deems that you have not acted in accordance with these terms, your account may be suspended. Health & Harmony reserve the right to determine if material breaches these conditions.

Registering

1. By registering, you consent to Health & Harmony collecting personal information about you for the purposes of carrying out or improving Health & Harmony services
2. When you register, you agree to provide a valid e-mail address or telephone number in your Health & Harmony profile. Health & Harmony staff must be able to contact you by e-mail or telephone if necessary to discuss your account. If the e-mail address or telephone number in your profile is not valid, your account may be suspended; should this happen to you, please e-mail us for assistance. Health & Harmony staff members will keep your e-mail address or telephone number confidential.

Using the website

By using this website you agree:

1. not copy or in any way duplicate content on this site without the express permission of the author
2. that Health & Harmony is not responsible for determining content uploaded to the website
3. that Health & Harmony is not responsible for the content of any posted material
4. to indemnify Health & Harmony against any loss you suffer as a result of reliance on information:
   • posted to, uploaded to this website;

Publishing content

1. You agree not to post or upload content to this site which:
   • is obscene, defamatory, or objectionable

Subscriptions

1. Subscription and advertising services are restricted to businesses and organisations located in the Greater Blue Mountains (incorporating Blue Mountains, Lithgow, and Oberon). Exceptions are detailed in the Subscription and Advertising Guidelines
2. To become a subscription member your business, practice, or organisation must meet the subscription guidelines for the Health & Harmony Directory
3. Health & Harmony reserves the right to determine if you do not fit the subscription guidelines, and no correspondence will be entered into
